Hook eye closure at back of neck. Slit up middle back. Not stretchy. Has shoulder pads, but you could remove them if you prefer. True to size. I wear a size 4 typically and it fits me perfectly. Some Of the beading needs minor repairs throughout (pictured), and the material at the bottom of the zipper needs a few stitches, but for a vintage dress it’s in great overall condition.
