timothymegan @robinpoett Ok - these run small! I forgot how small until I just looked at them and measured- they are a French 34 which is usually about a 2 but these are more like a 0 in my opinion waist is about 13.5 across laying flat - rise is 7.5 ( this is why they feel so much smaller) hips 15 and inseam 25 - I hope this helps - prob best for a 24 :)
