Authentic Early 20th Century Toronto Medicine Bottle
This is a rare, embossed amber glass bottle from The National Ferrol Co. based in Toronto. Known as "The Iron Oil Food," this tonic was a staple in Canadian households for treating "pulmonary diseases" and "general debility."
The bottle features deep embossing on three sides and retains a significant portion of its original paper label, which still clearly displays the Toronto origin and the original $1.00 price point.
An authentic early Edwardian-era apothecary bottle, circa 1900–1915. A rare piece of Toronto's pharmaceutical history from the National Ferrol Company.
