Classic Tan Women's Trench Coat

Tan or khaki trench coat, missing belt. There are several stains; the heaviest area is shown; there are some other stains as well. Needs a cleaning; price reflects. I love the interior fabric! Someone might be able to use this for parts (buttons, buckles etc.) if not using as a coat. Calling all sewists! Check measurements, as I did not find a size tag. Shown on 5'4" frame for reference.
