Vintage 1930’s Kidskin Clutch with Elephant Motif

This is an amazing piece of art, made by hand Japan. The Elephants are either Bakelite or Ivory. Colors are vibrant and tell the story of an earlier Era. Measures Length: 6” Width :9 1/2 Pulls open with 3 compartments to Silk Grosgrain and 6 1/2” when fully wide.Condition is Good, it is 90 years old. There is one spot to the left of the sail boat at center where surface has worn with use and marks to interior Grosgrain and loss in interior top right corner and left ribbon loss at binding....
