suzypooh1968 Bag has never been used. I bought for an event that I ended up having emergency surgery instead of going 🤦‍♀️. Then just never used. I have too many bags. But this cream I can sell another and have this instead lol. There isn’t a toggle. As you put the bag in shoulder the bag closes the back side as shown pulls it together
