I wear like an 8-10 in ladies do you think these will fit? and are the hearts blue or black?

@kchandler79 Hi! For an 8/10 these pants will most likely fit oversized or be too big-- the waist is 19" across for reference, but they have little stretch. I recommend comparing the measurements with non stretch pants you own. The hearts are dark blue! Hope this helps!
