1978 Advanced Dungeons & Dragons Tomb of Horrors with bonus map. Card stock folder holder. Booklet inside is actually 2 together. There is a 12 page text module and within that is a 20 page illustrations booklet.there is an additional photo copy of a different version of the map that is on the back of the card stock holder.
