Tiffany & Co Elsa Peretti gold open heart necklace 18k box

This is a beautiful vintage 18k gold heart pendant designed by Elsa Peretti for Tiffany & Co. It is paired with a new 18-inch Tiffany cord (cord is unmarked). The heart measures approximately 15 mm across. The pendant has been professionally polished and is in fantastic pre-loved condition, with a bright gold shine and smooth finish. It is also in gift-giving condition. The necklace will come in a Tiffany box and pouch.
