NWT The Kooples Black and Multicolor Blouse and Cami

This is a stunning blouse by The Kooples. It can be worn buttoned up or open as in the cover picture. It comes with the black cami underneath. As an added bonus, the cami can snap onto the shoulder pads of the blouse! It has a vibrant multicolor pattern with gold flecks. Features a chic tie-front design. The outer shirt could fit a medium but the cami would be best for a small. Fabric tag is shown in the pictures. French size 1 is approximately small for US. Please go by measurements.
