Pyrex Blue and Red Food Storage Containers

Set of two Pyrex containers. One blue, one red. Product: These are vintage Pyrex refrigerator dishes, specifically the red 501-B and blue (or turquoise/teal) 502-B pieces, known as "fridgies". Purpose: They were designed for storing food in the refrigerator and are also oven-safe, allowing for easy transfer from fridge to oven. History: These dishes were popular in the mid-20th century, adding color to kitchens with their bright primary shades. No lids. There is age related wear on paint and some staining on inside. No chips or cracks
