This red rooster paper towel holder is a heavier weight making it easy to pull and grab your towel as needed with out worry of it breaking. . It is missing two of the rubber shoes for the base feet. Also some of the red paint is faded on the bottom piece and on the rooster. The arm that comes up out of the base is also missing
