Rewind Royal Blue Sleeveless Floral Blouse with Patterned Hem

Background color is a gorgeous blue with what looks to be small flowers in yellow and red. There is also a paisley floral print at the bottom in various shades of blue, pink, red and yellow. This is a high low style, so it is longer in the back. I do think it runs a little small and could fit as a medium. Measurements are included. The top section is smocked, giving it some stretch in both the front and back. The edges of the collar are ruffled. There’s an adjustable tie strap that ends in two tassels.
