Such a cute vintage purse from Mar-Shel. Red, White and Blue Vinyl. (Perfect colors for our 250th year!). Brass snap closure. Might be missing something off the areas on either side of the closure. The inside is immaculate! However, the outside does have many scuffs and marks - please look at all pictures.
