brooklyn61 Hi, I measure my wrist and is 7 inches. The only reason why I always buy the small at Buddha girl is I like the fit now when you put it on it’s a little snug I put cream and it goes right through after that is easy. The medium for me was a little big. This bracelet fits better as a small but again it’s because I have a thin wrist. On their website, it gives you the measurements. I don’t know how you like your bangles some people like it extremely loose. These are perfect size for me.
