This black puffer coat vest is a Petite XL. It was too big for me. I am a 12-14/Large. Worn one time and bought a new one that was more my size. These are out of stock on Talbot's site and in stores. Inner section zips closed, but outer layer snaps. Large deep pockets an hold gloves and hat in one pocket. Great for layering over a sweater. For extra coziness, layer it over a hooded sweater.
