@ruhalexandra29 Hi, it can be used a shoulder and as a crossbody.. Handle drop for cross body is approx 18 in, Bottom is 10 in and height is 7 in, has open pocket on the outside back, inside has full zip pocket and an inside open bock. Very beautiful
