I love this fun mini dress from Tibi. In a bright chartreuse color, it features tiered, flowy layers with a keyhole opening in the back with a hook & eye closure. Has a high neck and a cut-in sleeveless bodice. Fully lined. Size 4. In excellent used condition with no visible stains or flaws.
