NEW with tags! Old Navy Linen Blend Square Neck Mini Dress

NEW with tags, never worn. I ordered this from the Old Navy website as final sale but it didn’t fit and I can’t return it. Dress is a lightweight, unlined linen blend in a mini length. It does not have pockets or any stretch in the fabric. It has elastic/smocking at the back to adjust the fit as it does not have a zipper or buttons. I normally wear between a large and XL from Old Navy but, in my opinion, this runs small. It was very fitted in the chest and a little snug at the waist. For reference, I’m about 5’4” with 38DDD bust and a “mom tummy”. See photos for details. Measurements are taken laying flat and are approximate.
