Beautiful antique stoneware bowl This piece has a rich patina gained from decades of use It features a banded rim with tan and brown stripes It is fully glazed and marked on the bottom I found it at an antique collector’s estate years ago along with several other pieces of antique and vintage stoneware pottery It is marked on the bottom, I believe it’s a 5 with an underscore (photos 6-7) I used this as a display piece with other primitive and rustic items, and it displayed beautifully Antique condition with age appropriate wear, there is an old chip on the rim which has gained patina over the years and matches the bowl itself (photo 8) There is also a fracture on one side that appears to be mostly under the glaze, however you can feel it in places (photos 9-10 show the outside and inside view of it).
