Floral bias cut dress with sheer over.

this dress is a sheath shape. It has a yellow lime, green under boasting, pink and blue and yellow flowers. There is a lime green, sheer chiffon over that softens and blurs florals with splits of the sides. A fun dress very bright in excellent condition. It has a tag that says 78 so I am going to list as a medium. Please see my measurement photos.
