The A-line skirt is lined and has volume with a bold black and white floral pattern. The waist tie can be removed though the pink color really pops on this dress and it creates nice proportions. And, back of dress has a cute cross strap cutout; you can absolutely wear a strapless bra with this dress. Invisible zipper in back. The dress measures 13” pit to pit (again, has stretch in the top portion), 11.5” at narrowest part of top above waist, and 46” long from shoulder to hem. Perfect for a semi-formal, garden party, art gallery opening, brunch, wedding guest, Easter, etc. You could put a cardigan over it to cover shoulders. Worn a few times but in great condition—no flaws. Made of polyester & spandex. Machine wash cold.
