Vintage 80s Talbots Dress

This vintage 80s Talbots dress is funky and fantastic! The dress has a colorful artsy Polkadot pattern all over with a matching belt! Dress has pockets, shoulder pads, and gold buttons on the front. Dress is in pristine condition with no rips, tears, or stains. Only minor flaw (pictured) is that 2 of the buttons on the front are a tad loose. This could easily be fixed with a small bit of sewing. Dress is marked a size 10, but I would go by measurements provided for best fit.
