This vintage women's white nurse uniform dress with lace and button design on the front is made by White Swan Uniforms. It is a petite size 10. It is roughly 1970s or 1980s. It has cuffed sleeves, pockets on the front, and a zipper and button close on the back. See pictures. It has been in storage for some time. In good condition. There are hand hemming stitches along the bottom. Could be used for Halloween, theatre, or costume design.
