This is an Ultra Paws Weather Master dog coat with an Ultra-Heat reflective liner.  size large - measurements on photo The Ultra-Heat liner reflects body heat for extra warmth.  The coat is made from a full ultra-reflective fabric for visibility.  It features a hidden pocket for supplies and a D-ring to attach clip lights.  The outer shell is weatherproof and the coat has a high, soft collar.  Questions?
