adorable NWT Spring 2006 Old Navy low-rise pleated a-line skirt. has a super cute re-tie-able ribbon detail along the top and a zipper closure on the side. has a cute semi raw hem. label size 12, waist laying flat is 17.5in, length is about 23.5in. item is made to have a low-rise fit (as per the tag) item is in brand new with tags condition and has no flaw or stains that I could notice.
