Antique Victorian Glass Oval Cabochon Lovely Brooch/Pin

Pin does have a good bit of wear the glass has a piece chipped off on back and the front of the pin there glass has scratches I took photos of the defects they are shown above the pin is signed measurements are shown above Please review all photos as they are the best part of the description I believe this was either gold filled or gold shell but it has worn Still a very lovely old piece the chipping of the glass on the back is only visible if you turn it over not visible from the front
