This beautiful antique thimble is a gorgeous yellow gold tone personally engraved “Regina”. Around the thimble is a unique engraving of leaves and grape clusters. The bottom rim has a diamond pattern, one of which has a five-point star inside. The star could be a hallmark of gold content, filling, or plating, but I am not entirely sure what is made of. The interior is just as shiny as the outside. There is a subtle “5” engraved to the left of the name. Total height is 3/4”, base diameter measures 9/16” across. The rim has been slightly bent so it is not a perfect circle when looking at the base. A beautiful piece for a collector.
