vidalstepfoot Hiii. Yeah it’s definitely not a size 8 measurements fits more of a size 2 US. There is a little bit of give but not alot. Ptp can stretch to 16” the waist to about 15”. It’s. Really nice material. Not too heavy, not too light. I’m thinking it’s a cotton polyester mix
