This skirt features a stripe print throughout, high-waisted, white with black stripes and brown button entrance down front. Lining is a mini skirt underneath. This skirt is listed as a medium, but the high waist is potentially small for a medium, in my opinion. Approximate measurements: length 31”, lined mini skirt length 18”, waistline 13” laying flat (high waisted), hips 19” laying flat. Waistline is not very stretchy, probably would fit the 27” waist better than the size 8. This dress has hand pockets! #9
