NWOT Soft Surroundings teal topper, M, unique boho, arty piece. Asymmetrical

Has 1 button, can wear closed or open. Two types of lightweight, stretchy fabrics. Body: 70% cotton, 30% polyester contrast: 60%cotton, 40% polyester. Teal color is richer than some photos show. I never got to wear as out grew it on top. 8-10 for M would be good fit. Use measurements. Looks great with high boots as I recall the catalogue photo pictured it that way. Really imaginative piece to play with. Measurements: p2p: 18”; waist buttoned: 18”; Asymmetrical hem goes from 46-56” length. Hip: 20” when buttoned. Sleeves: 25”. Angled and horizontal lines plus plain teal and greyed teal mixed. One of a kind design. Non smoking household, please ask questions. Has been hanging in closet, never wore.
