Vintage 90s SILVER STREAM Black & White Floral Skirt

There really was nothing like the flowiness of 90s skirts and this Silver Stream skirt is no exception. The fabric is light, very organically boho-feeling, and deliciously drapey. It features panels of white flowers on black interspersed between solid black panels, as well as a drawstring tie at the front that's adorned with tiny jingly charms. The thin fabric is just barely sheer and makes for a great vacation summer skirt. (If you plan to wear it casually, you may need a slip or shorts underneath.) 9/10 condition. No real wear. 100% rayon. Though this skirt claims to be a Small, it contains no elastic at the waist, just the drawstring. That being said, the waist stretches out fairly wide, and is only sized by how tight you pull and tie the drawstring. That means this can skirt can fit a large range of sizes.
