Patterned Pencil Skirt

Patterned fabric design pencil skirt. Pinup style. Personally tailored to fit petite size 0P from the 1970s. The pattern is closer to a dark navy blue, but it shows up kind of black on my camera. The last picture kind of depicts the correct color. Can't find anywhere else! Great for a colorful business attire closet. 23-24" waistline No lining
