Vintage Black Polka Dot Dress

A unique, American-made, and vintage dress. In excellent used condition and I've only worn it a handful of times. It has a flattering, natural waist cut with a flowy, tiered skirt. The material isn't listed, but I assume it's a natural/synthetic blend. It's lined in black, with thin, polka-dotted cotton-like layers. It fits me perfectly at 5'4" with a 34" bust, 27" waist. I would say it's a modern size Small. Measurements to come soon.
