Rice water and rice bran oil work together in this smooth cleansing formula to gently sweep away dirt, makeup and impurities and help brighten skin. 6.7 fl. oz. TO USE: Dispense a sufficient amount of the product onto palms. Apply and massage gently over the face until makeup residue is dissolved. Wipe away with tissue. Wash off with your favorite cleanser.
