Hello! Beautiful bag! I’m not familiar with this style. Above the closure was there an emblem or another piece of metal? Curious with all the holes in the leather above the clasp/closure. Thank you.

@jessies119 Hi hello, sorry for the late response for some reason I did not get this message until now. This is how the bag was purchased from a estate sale. As far as I can tell nothing has been altered. The bag is so clean inside and out that it appears it has been unused other than slight tarnish on the front buckle/hardware and no crossbody strap. It is a very beautiful bag. I could not find one of the exact front as well. I hope this answer helps.
