beadazzledbabe @hershops it seems like they are glued into the base but could be cut out using a cutter. Quality of flowers is average to good but certainly not designer quality. I think I purchased the planter at a craft store like Michael’s or AC moore years back. Nice and bright colors very pretty for girls room or as spring decor.
