@sugarcanepink just checked and yes they are real pockets with quality zippers. Says S for small but I think it is more like a Small to Medium. I wear a size 4 but have a wide shoulders and back from rowing and it fits well. I wore it one time and it looked great. The flowers are beautiful. It is has a full lining so wears like a leather biker jacket. ( I have 11 biker jackets lol)
