1960s Vintage Handmade Button Down Dress

Vintage mid-century handmade shirt dress Possibly from the early 1960s or late 1950s ♡ I found this at an antique shop in Ireland so its done some traveling! It is a very pale green color with pale white stripes and bottons down. Measurments are in the photos but I'd say it fits like womens US large. It has some small pockets on the front .
