Vintage Pope John Paul II Rosary Beaded Heart Necklace

My grandma brought this back from Rome in the early 2000’s. -Good, vintage condition -Has some tarnishing or oxidizing -I’m unsure what metal and bead material was used -The beads feel like stone and could be hematite -Total: ~18” long, including tip of cross -Wearable length (before the St John Paul medallion): ~13”
