blackarrowtrade @krittergirl It depends on the artist exactly how the stones are set. I have seen set in a sand like material with and without glue.

blackarrowtrade @blackarrowtrade I have a couple of inlaid rings that I wear and no problem with the setting. As with all jewelry with stones it is recommended not to wash your hands with them on. Soap and water are not good for natural stones
