The v-neck has buttons that work allowing the blouse to unbutton to the bottom of the blouse but the bottom does not separate. Machine wash cold like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Line dry. Steam iron when needed. No flaws that I can see. Note: The blouse may be more cropped on you than in photo depending on your torso length. Length is 21 inches.
