All Hats and Bras that contain a structured cup are shipped in a box to protect the integrity and shape. Flat bras are shipped in a poly bag. A flat bra is simply a bra that can flatten without fear of damage. We process and ship all items the following business day. We are a small business working daily to bring great items to the market. We rely heavily on the photos to describe our items. Of there are any flaws on the item, they will be clearly shown in the photos. Note that All of our items are preowned unless they have NWT in the title.
