Vintage 1942 handmade & signed hand carved dragon wood wedges with velvet upper

These fabulous shoes are handmade and signed by the artist and dated January 7, 1942. They are an Asian 3 1/2 which translate into very tiny feet. Measuring from toe to heel on the bottom sole is approximately 8 inches. The beautiful wooden mule is painted black and red and has a dragon hand carved around the heel. Wedge measures approximately 2 1/2 inches with a slight 1/4 inch plastic heel. The upper is a tri-colored velvet that is tacked and trimmed in leather. One of the leather pieces had come undone, but I lightly glued it back into place and is pointed out in the photos. They truly are a museum or display piece.
