$135 Signed Designer Native American Sterling Silver Dangle Estate Earrings

First off, I think that these earrings are just Beautiful in Design and Shape I have researched the markings on these; however, I do not know who the artisan is - if you know please give me an idea The Etching reminds me of a Bird's Head and Beak with a Blue Eye and done in a Deco Style (very much like a roadrunner) I am not sure what the blue inlay is It has Opalescence to it and is Very Thin - one side shows a small bit of wear These earrings are Sold As Is because I do not know enough about them From Top of the Hanger to the Bottom measures 2 & 1/4 Inches and are 5/8 of an Inch at their Widest Point with a Total Weight of 7.5 Grams I find these Very Intriguing Priced to Sell for $135 from The Genuine Stoner Closet
