Classic 40s Black Dress

Super classic 1940s dressier black dress —- I never know this material but it is a dressier material with a bit of a sheen Super full skirt with an attached tulle and lace slip underneath for body Thick figure 8 piping details Belt actually attached to the back of the waist. I imagine you could snip it off and use your own belt if wanted Dress is in good/great condition- it’s does have about 10 inches of hem out … one spot at the waist that the belt would cover .. and one of the loopies at the top of the neckline just needs a quick stitch to hold back together (all shown after measurements photos A littttttle to small to zip on the mannequin all due to the super tiny waist areas … I show the back of the mannequin and the area that won’t reach for your info. And I forgot to photo the length so just holler if ya need it 🥰 Also may need a trip to the dry cleaners. It has a little bit of that old tulle smell in the layering under the skirt portion … not smelling up the room or anything but if you take a close smell it’s there.
