Gucci White Sneakers with Red Heart Accents

I purchased these while in Rome and have only worn them a handful of times. Maybe 5 times. They have been kept in bags inside the box. There is a small stain on the leather of one of the shoes that is in pictures. It has been there since I bought them and I haven’t been able to remove it. I believe it says they are a size 36 but they fit like a US women’s 7
