Betsy Johnson black lace spaghetti strap dress. The straps are adjustable and this dress has little to no stretch to it. This is a 1990s vintage dress that is still in great condition. The size tag was cut off so the measurements will be included below but based on my research it is about a size 0-2 or XS. Offers welcome!!
