The stones are all cz gemstones, set inside prongs in a heart shaped design that lays sideways. The shank is tapered. Marked with sterling on the inner shank, tested positive as such via chemical testing. There is a gold overlay. There are three stones per heart. I have lots of other jewelry in my shop.
