Vintage. Made in the USA. Semi-sheer navy blue with white dots. Beautifully designed. Cut in shoulders, seam under chest. The back is so pretty: a cat's cradle laces up the back. Back zip, fully lined. Size 7/8 measures 36 at chest, 30 at waist, 40 at hips. 53 long from shoulder to hem. 62 at bottom hem, for added twirl. One of my favorites, you'll love it too. b15
